Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the NexRev website at nexrev.ai, operated by NexRev Technologies Inc. (“NexRev”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What these terms cover, and what they do not
These terms apply to the website only: the pages, the copy, the forms and the emails we send in reply. Use of the Precision application is governed by a separate written agreement between your practice and NexRev. Where that agreement and these terms disagree about the product, that agreement wins.
The website
This site describes a product in active development. Statements about features, integrations, timelines and compliance describe what we are building and what we intend to build. They are not a promise that a particular feature will ship, on a particular date, or behave in a particular way for your practice.
Figures shown in product screenshots are demo data. They are there to show how the interface works, not to represent any practice’s results. Anything we show you about what Precision would have caught on your own claims comes from your own remittance data, and is explained to you when we send it.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
This is not medical, coding, billing or legal advice
Everything on this site is general information about our product. It is not medical, coding, billing, compliance or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified professional. Coding and payer rules change, vary by payer and plan, and are ultimately the responsibility of the practice submitting the claim. Do not rely on this site to decide how to code or submit a claim.
Forms and requests
Submitting a form — a Denial Autopsy booking, a message, an integration request or a denials check-up — is a request. It is not an agreement, and it does not oblige either of us to anything. Any engagement follows from a separate written agreement between your practice and NexRev.
When you submit a form you agree that the details you give are accurate and that you are allowed to give them to us, and you ask us to contact you about your request. Do not send patient data or protected health information through this website; the forms are not built for it, and we will delete anything of that kind that arrives.
Where a check-up offers a gift card, it goes to one person per practice, for a genuinely completed assessment, and we may withhold it where a submission looks automated, duplicated or false. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with what you send.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- submit false details, or someone else’s details without their permission;
- send automated traffic, scrape the site, or try to get around rate limits;
- probe, scan or test the security of the site, or try to reach data that is not yours;
- upload anything malicious, or anything unlawful or infringing;
- use the site to compete with us, or to build a competing product.
If you believe you have found a security problem, we would rather hear about it than not: email info@nexrev.ai and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else.
Our content
The site, its copy, design, graphics, screenshots and the NexRev and Precision names and logos belong to NexRev or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation of our product. Anything beyond that — copying, republishing or reusing our material commercially — needs our written permission first.
Other companies’ names
Product names and logos referenced on this site, including EHR platforms, are the property of their respective owners. We show them to say which systems we are building integrations for. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless we say so explicitly.
Links and third-party sites
Where we link to another website, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information. Their terms and privacy policy apply once you leave us.
Warranties
The website is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of this may not apply to you.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NexRev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud. This clause does not affect the terms of any separate agreement between your practice and NexRev for the use of Precision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both of us agree to those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
