Privacy Policy
NexRev Technologies Inc. (“NexRev”, “we”, “us”) builds software that helps independent medical and dental practices catch claim denials before submission. This policy explains what we collect through nexrev.ai, what we do with it, and how to get it removed.
Who we are and what this covers
This policy covers the NexRev website at nexrev.ai, including our campaign pages, the forms on them, and the emails we send in reply. It does not cover the Precision application itself. Use of Precision by a practice is governed by the agreement between that practice and NexRev, which sets out how claim data is handled.
NexRev Technologies Inc. is the controller of the information described here. Our registered office is 8 The Green STE A, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States.
What we collect
What you type into a form. When you book a Denial Autopsy, send us a message, request an EHR integration or take one of our denials check-ups, we collect what you enter: your name, practice or company name, work email address, and, depending on the form, your role, your EHR, what you are interested in, the integration you are asking for, your answers to the check-up questions, and anything you write in the message box.
How you reached us. With each submission we store the page you submitted from, the referring website, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, fbclid). This tells us which campaigns are working.
A one-way fingerprint of your IP address. To stop a single machine flooding our forms, we store a salted, irreversible hash of the IP address a submission came from. We do not store the address itself and cannot recover it from the hash.
Email delivery records. We keep a log of the emails we send you in reply, including the address, the type of email, and whether it was delivered.
Site analytics. See cookies and analytics below.
You do not need to give us any of this to read the site. It is only collected when you choose to submit a form.
Protected health information
This website does not collect patient data or protected health information (PHI). Please do not include patient names, dates of birth, member numbers, diagnoses or claim details in a form or an email to us. If you send them anyway, we will delete them.
PHI only enters the picture once a practice is working with us under a signed agreement, including a Business Associate Agreement where one applies. In that setting, Precision reads claim data from your EHR with read-only access and processes only the fields needed to check a claim. It does not write to your EHR and does not submit claims. That data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and audit-logged, and each practice’s data is logically isolated from every other practice’s.
How we use what we collect
- To run the Denial Autopsy or check-up you asked for and send you the result.
- To reply to your message and, if you want it, arrange a call or a walkthrough.
- To send up to two follow-up emails, two days and seven days after your submission, if we have not heard back. Both carry an unsubscribe link and stop the moment you use it or reply.
- To decide which EHR integrations to build next, based on what practices ask for.
- To keep the forms working: rate limiting, spam filtering and error diagnosis.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that affect you, and we do not sell it.
Cookies and analytics
The site loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn may load Google Analytics. These set cookies in your browser and tell us things like which pages are read, how people arrive, and which links are followed. The reporting we see is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you personally.
You can block these with your browser’s cookie settings, an ad blocker, or Google’s opt-out add-on. The site works normally without them. The forms themselves do not depend on any cookie.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers, strictly to operate the site and to reach you:
- Vercel — hosts the website.
- Supabase — stores form submissions and the email log, in the United States.
- Google — sends our email, and provides Tag Manager and Analytics.
- Tremendous — delivers the gift card for a completed check-up, where one is offered.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public. If NexRev is ever acquired or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction; we will say so here before it changes how your information is handled.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we are in touch with you about them, and afterwards for our records of who asked for what. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Unsubscribe records are kept indefinitely, because they are how we know not to email you again.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to the submission tables is restricted to the people who need it, over authenticated connections, and is logged. The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. No system is perfect, and we will tell affected people promptly if something goes wrong.
Your choices
- See what we hold. Email info@nexrev.ai and we will send you a copy.
- Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask and we will remove your submission and stop emailing you.
- Stop the emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or reply and say so.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your personal information, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We apply the choices above to everyone who asks, wherever they are. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
Where data is handled
Submissions are stored in the United States. Our team works from the United States and India, so staff in both countries may read what you send us in order to reply to it.
Children
This site is meant for people running or working in a healthcare practice. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will email you about it.
