Submitting the design-partner form is a request to be considered, not an agreement. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement between your practice and NexRev.

Product names and logos referenced on this site, including EHR platforms, are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance indicates the systems we are building integrations for and does not imply any endorsement or partnership.
