Privacy Policy
NexRev Technologies Inc. ("NexRev", "we", "us") builds software that helps independent medical and dental practices catch claim denials before submission. This policy explains how we handle information during our pre-launch, design-partner phase. It will be expanded and formalized, with independent legal review, before general availability.
Information you give us
When you fill in the design-partner form, we collect the details you provide: your name, practice name, email address, and optionally your EHR, number of providers, and a message. We use this only to evaluate the design-partner program and to reply to you.
Protected health information (PHI)
The public website does not collect any patient or PHI. During an active design-partner engagement, NexRev reads claim data from your EHR with read-only access, under a separate agreement, and processes only the fields needed to check a claim. That data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and audit-logged, and each practice's data is logically isolated.
Sharing
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers (for example, form delivery and email) strictly to operate the site and communicate with you.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing hello@nexrev.ai.
